15 Years of Building People, Building Businesses

01 / Origin

Our Story

Every great business begins with a moment of clarity — a realisation of what you are truly good at and what you want to build. For Emporis Organisation, that moment came in 2011, in Mumbai, when our founder Nadeem Khan made a decision that would eventually create one of India's most results-driven direct sales and marketing companies.

Emporis Organisation was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that the most effective way to acquire a customer, retain a donor, or grow a brand is through a real, human conversation — not an advertisement, not a cold call, not a pop-up banner. A trained, knowledgeable, empathetic human being, speaking directly to another human being.

In the 15 years since that founding moment, Emporis has grown from a single office in Mumbai into a multi-city operation with active field teams across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, and Indore — having acquired millions of customers for some of India's most recognised brands and non-profit organisations.

The Founder's Journey — Nadeem Khan

Nadeem Khan grew up in Mumbai with big ambitions and an even bigger drive to create something of his own. While his family had traditional career paths in mind for him, Nadeem found himself drawn to the world of business — studying event management through an international programme with TAFE before taking his first steps into the corporate world.

His entry into sales and marketing was, by his own admission, unplanned. A chance interview with a direct sales and marketing company in Mumbai turned into a defining moment. What he expected to be a temporary role became a complete revelation — he had found his calling. He was good at communicating, exceptional at understanding people, and naturally gifted at building trust. He went through every level of the training programme at his first organisation, completing all stages in approximately 16 months and becoming a Business Head and Manager.

In 2011, Nadeem Khan founded Emporis Organisation — determined to build a company that placed people at the centre of everything. Not just clients. Not just candidates. People.

Today, from his base in Bengaluru, Nadeem continues to lead Emporis with the same hands-on, people-first philosophy that has defined the company since day one. His vision for the next five years is clear: 100 offices across India's top A-tier and B-tier cities, a workforce of over 2,000 trained professionals, and ₹1,000 crore in annual revenue generated for Emporis clients.

03 / Expansion

How We Grew — From Mumbai to Six Cities Across India

Emporis began in Mumbai — and Mumbai remains one of our strongest operational bases. But growth was never limited to one city. As the organisation developed leaders internally, we followed a unique expansion model: we do not franchise, and we do not simply open new branches. We develop people from within — and when they are ready, we give them the resources, capital, clients, infrastructure, and legal support to lead a new business unit or marketing company independently.

This is how the Emporis group of companies came to exist. Over 15 years, the leaders we have developed have gone on to build marketing companies of their own — including We Create, Paladin, Atharva, Selenide, and Amoha, among others. These companies operate under their own identities, led by business heads who once started as Business Associates with Emporis.

Our current direct operations span: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, and Indore.

04 / Difference

What Makes Emporis Different

We Train Before We Deploy

Every person who joins Emporis goes through a structured daily training programme — 3 hours of in-office training combined with 5 hours of supervised field experience. We do not send anyone into the market unprepared. Our training is not a formality — it is our greatest competitive advantage.

We Hire for Character, Not Credentials

We do not filter people by their degrees, job titles, or years of experience. We evaluate people on their character, their communication, their attitude, and their hunger to grow. Some of our best business leaders today joined us as freshers with no prior work experience.

We Do Ethical Sales — Always

The Human Commercial is our methodology — and it is built on one principle: we deliver value to the customer, not just revenue to the client. We train our teams to build genuine trust with customers. Pushy, misleading, or aggressive sales practices have no place at Emporis.

We Build Business Heads, Not Just Employees

Our internal career progression programme takes a Business Associate all the way to Business Manager — eventually leading their own marketing company with full operational, financial, and client support from Emporis. This is not a job. This is a long-term partnership.

05 / Vision

Our Vision

Emporis Organisation's vision is to be the most trusted and most impactful sales and marketing organisation in India — one that measures its success not just by the revenue it generates for clients, but by the quality of the leaders and businesses it produces from within.

In the next five years, we intend to have a presence in 100 cities across India — covering every major A-tier and B-tier market. We intend to grow our workforce to over 2,000 trained sales professionals and deliver over ₹1,000 crore in annual revenue for our clients.

Most importantly, we intend to remain what we have always been: a company where ambitious people — regardless of their background, qualification, or starting point — are given a genuine opportunity to build something extraordinary.
